This website is operated by NextGrip. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to NextGrip. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to the terms set out below.
2. Products and pricing
All prices are shown in US dollars and include any applicable prepaid duties. We reserve the right to change prices, correct pricing errors and limit quantities at any time. Product photographs are accurate representations, but colours can appear differently on different screens.
3. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that contain an obvious pricing error. If we cancel your order we refund you in full.
4. Shipping and returns
Delivery timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy and are estimates from the date of dispatch, not guarantees. Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy.
5. Accuracy of your information
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact details. We are not liable for parcels delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly at checkout.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, photographs, logos and page design, is the property of NextGrip and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
Our liability in relation to any product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
8. Safe use of the product
NextGrip mounts are designed for personal use on clean, smooth, non-porous surfaces. Please follow the included instructions. Do not mount a device where it could obstruct your view while driving or interfere with vehicle controls or airbags. Laws on device mounting in vehicles vary by country and state, and following them is your responsibility.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the version that applies to your order.
